Pro\u010d jsou pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto hypot\u00e9ky ide\u00e1ln\u00ed? Sta\u010d\u00ed tu d\u00e1t do z\u00e1stavy nemovitost a m\u00edt p\u0159\u00edjmy posta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed alespo\u0148 k hrazen\u00ed t\u011bch nejni\u017e\u0161\u00edch mo\u017en\u00fdch spl\u00e1tek a nen\u00ed t\u0159eba se ob\u00e1vat ne\u00fasp\u011bchu. Spl\u00e1cet lze a\u017e po dobu t\u0159iceti let a spl\u00e1tky tak mohou b\u00fdt n\u00edzk\u00e9.  V\u0161e lze splatit i p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b.  Nevad\u00ed tu z\u00e1znamy v registrech dlu\u017en\u00edk\u016f, exekuce ani z\u00e1stavy.
